Now, I don't usually measure seasonings when I cook. I have a very good idea of how much I free-hand, but I'll give you a rough estimate of what I did tonight.
The first step is to gather these ingredients:
2 tablespoons of McCormick Perfect Pinch Steak Seasoning
4-5 bayleaves
Parsley Flakes to taste
4-6 Oregano branches
1/3 Onion
About 7-8 chicken breasts
Parsley Flakes to taste
4-6 Oregano branches
1/3 Onion
About 7-8 chicken breasts
A pinch of shreaded cheese per chicken
(Optional: I cut up potatoes and bordered the pan with them.)
1. You can shake the chicken, onion (chopped) + seasonings in a ziplock back to fully coat the chicken.
2. Place the Oregano branches and most of the bayleaves at the bottom of the pan and cover with chicken and onions.
2. Place the Oregano branches and most of the bayleaves at the bottom of the pan and cover with chicken and onions.
Optional: With leftover bayleaves, add on top of the chicken.
3. Place in the oven for 30 minutes (or until there is no pink inside the chicken) at 425degrees.
I also fries peas in olive oil and onion to go with it (If you cant tell... I love onion...)
And wah-la! Dinner time! Took me about 20 minutes to prepare and 30 for them to cook fully.
