Chilled Cucumber Avocado Soup

Ingredients:
2 large cucumbers, peeled, cut into chunks
½ medium avocado, cut into chunks
2 medium serrano chile, seeded, veins removed, coarsely chopped
1½ cups nonfat plain yogurt
4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
½ tsp. sea salt
2 cups ice
Preparation:
1. Place cucumber, avocado, chile, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and ice in blender or food processor; cover. Blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
